Andre Rand: Personal Admin Scale
The Admin Scale is a framework I use to align every level of my life — from valuable final product down to weekly statistics. Each of the ten sections below flows from the one above it, forming a single, self-reinforcing hierarchy.
1. Valuable Final Product
A spiritually enlightened, abundantly flourishing thetan — operating at full potential across all dynamics. Cultivating spiritual clarity and collective power as a technology executive, deeply connected to a thriving network of extraordinary people.
Maintaining peak physical health and vitality — whose entire life operates as a unified, self-reinforcing machine.
Building and evangelizing an LRH-infused management operating system capable of producing $100M in optimized Apple marketing annually.
Plus creating and sharing inspirational content that lifts teammates, friends, and family into enthusiasm, creativity, and forward motion.
2. Goals
Dynamic 1 — Self
- Career:
- Attain Director-level promotion at Apple by October 2027 — a two-level jump with $1M+ total annual compensation.
- Health:
- Achieve pain-free, full-range mobility across all major joints — with lower-back herniated disc fully rehabilitated — by January 2027.
- Increase lean muscle mass by 5–8 pounds by January 2027.
- Reach <15% body fat by January 2027.
Dynamic 2 — Family
- Find and build a meaningful intimate partnership — deeply connected, spiritually aligned, and mutually elevating.
Dynamic 3 — Group
- Establish a fully-functioning LRH Admin Tech operating system for my 25-person team.
- Cultivate a spiritually clear, self-directed group that flourishes and produces with minimal friction — by January 2027.
Dynamic 4 — Mankind
- Champion LRH Administrative Technology as a transformative force for Mankind — leveraging my data science, marketing, and AI expertise to greatly expand its reach.
3. Purposes
- To achieve high havingness — owning a home, paying off student loans, and living an aesthetically-pleasing life of restrained luxury.
- To find a co-warrior — a deeply aligned partner who rises with me, shatters limitations, and builds an extraordinary life together.
- To inhabit a strong, pain-free, energized body — the physical foundation for everything.
4. Policy
- Health/Wellness: Minimum 30 minutes of exercise, 8 cups of water, and one full serving of vegetables per day.
- Work Hours: Apple work targets 50 hours per week. Any consistent overage is a signal to delegate or restructure — not to simply work more.
- Music: Saxophone is purely a source of joy and renewal — no goals, deadlines, and performance pressure.
- Operating Week: Ends Saturday at midnight. On Sundays, the weekly statistics are summarized and analyzed (personally and professionally).

My saxophone brings me joy. LRH admin technology is reaching Mankind through my hands. All four dynamics are alive, aligned, and self-reinforcing.
